The\u00a0purpose\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0AI\u00a0Policy\u00a0is\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0use\u00a0of\u00a0Artificial\u00a0Intelligence\u00a0(AI)\u00a0in\u00a0our\u00a0recruitment\u00a0processes\u00a0is\u00a0ethical,\u00a0transparent,\u00a0and\u00a0compliant\u00a0with\u00a0all\u00a0relevant\u00a0laws\u00a0and\u00a0regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>Scope<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">This\u00a0policy\u00a0applies\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0AI\u00a0systems\u00a0and\u00a0tools\u00a0used\u00a0for recruitment purposes by OTL\u00a0Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-small-font-size\"><strong>Principles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Transparency:<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>Candidates&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;informed&nbsp;when&nbsp;AI&nbsp;is&nbsp;used&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;recruitment&nbsp;process&nbsp;and&nbsp;how&nbsp;it&nbsp;impacts&nbsp;their&nbsp;application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Fairness<\/em>:&nbsp;AI&nbsp;systems&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;designed&nbsp;and&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;audited&nbsp;to&nbsp;prevent&nbsp;bias&nbsp;and&nbsp;discrimination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Accountability<\/em>:&nbsp;We&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;accountable&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;decisions&nbsp;made&nbsp;by&nbsp;AI&nbsp;systems&nbsp;and&nbsp;will&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;human&nbsp;oversight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Privacy<\/em>:&nbsp;AI&nbsp;systems&nbsp;will&nbsp;comply&nbsp;with&nbsp;data&nbsp;protection&nbsp;laws,&nbsp;including&nbsp;GDPR,&nbsp;to&nbsp;protect&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Continuous&nbsp;Improvement:<\/em>&nbsp;We&nbsp;will&nbsp;continuously&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;and&nbsp;improve&nbsp;AI&nbsp;systems&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;they&nbsp;meet&nbsp;ethical&nbsp;and&nbsp;legal&nbsp;standards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3
